in Washington D.C.

They think running as an independent candidate is a handicap; let's show them how much freedom loving Tennessean's value our independence.

Meet Captain Teresa "Terri" Christie

I’m Captain Terri Christie — and I’m in your corner.

It’s time you had a representative who actually represents you.

I’m no stranger to rolling up my sleeves and doing  hard work that needs doing —
and nowhere in America is hard work needed more than in the United States Congress.

I’ll bring Southern grit, common sense, and Tennessee values to Washington.
As a Captain, I know what it takes to right a ship in rough waters.
As a mother, I know what’s at stake for our children’s future.

I’ll stand as a guardrail against the erosion of our rights and freedoms.
In Congress, I won’t represent big-money special interests — I’ll represent you.
Your liberty matters, and I’ll never stop defending your constitutional rights.

National security and commerce are the foundation stones of our federal government.

Our Armed Forces must remain ready and unconquerable —
and when our veterans return home, they should thrive, not fight for the benefits they’ve already earned.

Our small businesses should be building prosperity —
not battling red tape from unelected regulators who stifle innovation and punish success.

And our seniors deserve dignity — not to be warehoused or stripped of privacy.
Healthcare shouldn’t charge individuals more than insurance companies pay for the same services.
I’ll fight to make the system fair, transparent, and accountable.

Government has gotten too big for its britches.
Bloated bureaucracy has bred crushing regulations, unsustainable debt, and rising inflation.
It’s time to cut the waste, trim the fat, and put government back in its place —
serving the people.

We’re supposed to be a representative republic.
You need a real representative —
not another spin doctor, corporate shill, or carpet-bagging yahoo — I’m your candidate.

Independence is what makes America that shining city on a hill.
Individual liberty, property rights, and limited government are the pillars of our way of life.
Freedom is what our forefathers fought for — and what our soldiers defend still.
Chipping away at those foundations threatens our way of life
and dishonors the sacrifices of our veterans and honored dead.

On the last day of the Constitutional Convention, Elizabeth Powel asked Benjamin Franklin,
“Well, Doctor, what have we got — a republic or a monarchy?”
He replied, “A republic, ma’am — if you can keep it.”

If you ask me today, I’d have to say —
our republic is under constant assault… but it’s still here.
And we must keep defending it.

Our youth deserve quality education — not political and social experimentation.
Matt Van Epps — also known as “Tennessee Fauci” — shut down classrooms, ended the military careers, crushed small businesses, and  handed power to Big Pharma and big money interests and big government.

He’s not here tonight, but his absence speaks volumes.
We must never again tolerate such anti-American overreach.

Together, we’ll right this ship.
Because We’re Americans and we refuse to sink.

I’m Captain Terri Christie, and I’m asking for your vote on December 2nd.
Let’s do this — together.
